Professional cleaning is $99 per stone — the complete job rather than a booking fee or deposit — and uses biological cleaners only, with no bleach or acids. That one payment covers the trip to your cemetery, the full cleaning, trimming and edging around the base, and before-and-after photos emailed the same day. It is available in every Michigan county with no travel surcharge, and nothing further is owed once the work is done.
For every stone we are paid to clean, we clean one veteran’s headstone in that same cemetery free of charge, on the same visit. It is one for one, nobody is billed for it, and it is not funded by a surcharge — cleaning is still $99 per stone. It works because the trip is the expensive part of this job and your booking has already paid for it. Veterans’ stones receive the identical method: cemetery-approved biological cleaners, water, and soft brushes, never bleach, acids, or pressure washing, which is the same restriction the VA places on the government-furnished markers it still owns.

Yes. Custom headstones and shapes are special orders cut in-house. The four we cut most often are hearts, crosses, open books and bibles, and angels and wings. Any shape outside those four is still possible, but you need to ask us so we can quote it. After the order comes in, we review the drawing and cemetery requirements with the family, get approval, and then begin production. Special orders need cemetery approval on shape and size and take longer than a standard monument.
Headstone cleaning is available in all 83 Michigan counties at the same $99 per stone, with no travel surcharge. Genesee, Lapeer, and Oakland counties run on weekly routes. Every other county is on our statewide route: you book and pay at checkout the same as anywhere else, and we plan a route out to you within 2 to 4 weeks rather than asking you to wait for other bookings nearby. We call with the arrival window before we travel, and it is a full refund any time before then.

Flat markers sit at grass level for a clean, traditional profile. Jet Black granite gives laser-etched portraits and artwork strong contrast and fine detail.
