How a monument gets made

We talk through shape, stone, wording, artwork, and budget. Free, no obligation.
You place the order.
We review the design and your cemetery's requirements with you and get your approval.
Production begins — cut, sandblasted or laser etched in-house on Jet Black granite.
We deliver and set it, and help coordinate the foundation the cemetery requires.

Steps one to four run year-round, straight through the Michigan winter: consultations, design, approvals, sandblasting, and laser etching all happen indoors. Only the last step waits on the weather, because setting a stone depends on the ground and on what the cemetery allows at that time of year. We confirm the installation date rather than promise one over a frost.

Where we set monuments

Monument sales and memorial projects are available statewide throughout Michigan. Closest to the shop in Davison are Genesee, Lapeer, Sanilac, Huron, Oakland, and Macomb counties — Davison, Grand Blanc, Flint, Lapeer, Marlette, and the towns around them.

A project anywhere else in Michigan is ordinary work for us — monument work travels further than a cleaning route does.
