Cemeteries & organizations
Four hundred stones is not four hundred bookings. It is a project.
Our $80 per-stone price is built for a family with one grave. It is the wrong number for a cemetery board with a neglected section, a township that has inherited a pioneer burial ground, or a historical society working through two hundred marble markers that should not be scrubbed at all. Work at that scale is scoped and quoted on the work in front of us — the number of memorials, their condition, how the grounds are laid out, and what access a truck has.
We will not quote you a per-stone price multiplied out. That number is always wrong, in both directions, and it is not how this work is estimated.
Who we work with
- Cemeteries and cemetery associations — section-by-section programmes, grounds-wide cleaning, and recurring maintenance agreements
- Townships, cities, and counties — municipal grounds, veterans sections, and pioneer cemeteries that have fallen behind
- Historical and preservation societies — older grounds where the work is careful stabilization and gentle cleaning, at the pace the stone can take
- Churches — churchyards and parish burial grounds
- Funeral homes — cleaning and resetting for families you are already serving
- Veterans organizations — service sections, and coordination with our One-for-One Veteran Memorial Program
What a project can cover
- Biological cleaning across a section or the whole grounds, on a schedule that works around burials and events
- Preservation work on marble, limestone, and sandstone — the stones most likely to be damaged by well-meaning volunteer cleaning
- Resetting and levelling of sunken, leaning, and separated monuments, quoted per stone because each one is a different job
- A written condition survey, so a board has something to plan and budget against rather than an impression
- Recurring annual or seasonal maintenance, so the grounds do not fall back to where they started
- Before-and-after photography across the project, which is what a board, a council, or a grant report actually needs
How we quote it
- You tell us roughly how many memorials, where they are, and what condition they are in. A rough number is fine — nobody expects you to have counted.
- We come back with questions, and usually ask for photographs of a representative stretch rather than every stone.
- We visit or review, then send a written scope and price. If it needs to go to a board or a council, we write it so it can be read at a meeting.
- If the budget only covers part of it, we say which part we would do first and why. Most projects are phased.
Nothing is charged for the enquiry or for the quote.
Our method does not change at scale
Cleaners approved for memorial stone, soft brushes, and water. No bleach, no acids, no pressure washing, no wire brushes — not on one family's stone and not on four hundred. Volume is a reason to be more careful, not less: at scale a wrong method is applied to every stone in the section before anybody notices.
Michigan is where we operate today, and cleaning work here is weather-limited outside the open season. Monument work and survey work continue year-round. In Middle Tennessee we are building routes where our family lives, and we will be honest about what we can reach — that is set out here.
Tell us about the project
Rough numbers are fine. What matters most is the grounds, the scale, and what condition the memorials are in.
