Mastermind Creation Co. is a family-owned Michigan memorial company, and Tennessee is where our family is. Our family already lives in Middle Tennessee, so expanding our memorial services into Greenbrier, Springfield, White House, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Clarksville, and the communities around them is not a business decision we made on a map.

We are currently based in Michigan while we build that long-term presence. So here is the honest position: Michigan is where the shop is today, Tennessee is where the family is and where the company is heading. We are building Tennessee routes as conditions and demand allow, and this form is how a cemetery gets onto one.

What we will and will not tell you

  • We will tell you which services we can do at your cemetery and what they cost — cleaning is $80 per stone in Tennessee, the same price as Michigan.
  • We will tell you honestly whether we can reach it, and roughly when, once we have looked at where it sits.
  • We will group nearby families onto the same trip. That is how a Tennessee visit becomes affordable rather than a drive nobody can justify.
  • We will not claim a Tennessee shop, office, or address, because we do not have one yet.
  • We will not promise you a weekly or standing route in Tennessee. Those are being built, not advertised.
  • We will not take payment for a Tennessee cleaning through the Michigan checkout. A date comes first, agreed with you.

What we do in Middle Tennessee

  • Professional headstone cleaning. $80 per stone. Biological cleaners approved for memorial stone, soft brushes, and water. No bleach, no acids, no pressure washing, no wire brushes.
  • Memorial preservation. Marble, limestone, and sandstone handled as the soft, porous stones they are, with the method chosen for the stone in front of us.
  • Family plot cleaning. A whole plot in one visit rather than one stone at a time, which is usually what a family actually needs.
  • Cemetery cleaning and preservation projects. Section-by-section or grounds-wide agreements for cemeteries, associations, and boards. Those go on the project form.
  • Custom monuments. Designed, etched, and produced year-round in Michigan, and shipped and set where cemetery rules allow. Start a consultation.

Greenbrier, Springfield, White House, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, and Clarksville, in Robertson, Sumner, Davidson, and Montgomery counties. Nearby communities — Portland, Cottontown, Ridgetop, Millersville, Madison, Pleasant View, Ashland City, Adams, Cedar Hill, Orlinda, Coopertown, Joelton, Bethpage, Westmoreland, and the towns around them — are plainly the same region, and we would rather you asked than assumed we would say no.

Milder Tennessee winters are a real difference from Michigan. Michigan cleaning may become weather-limited during winter, while we continue building Middle Tennessee cleaning and preservation routes as conditions allow. We will not turn that into a promise about a specific week.

What happens after you send this

  1. A person reads it. Not an automated scheduler — there is no Tennessee calendar to slot you into yet.
